Terms of Use

• Who Can Join: You must live in Singapore and be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• Honest Information: You agree to use your real identity. Setting up fake accounts or pretending to be someone else will result in your account being deleted immediately.
• Profile Photos: Uploading a profile picture is entirely optional. If you choose to add a photo, you must use your own judgment. We strongly advise against using images that reveal your exact home address, workplace, or your children's identities.
• Account Safety: You are fully responsible for everything that happens under your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone else.

• No Middleman: KopiMums is simply a listing platform that connects parents with service providers. When you buy or sell a product (like preloved baby gear) or hire a service (like a summer camp), the transaction is strictly between you and the other party. KopiMums is not a party to this transaction.
• Seller & Service Provider Rules: Sellers must describe their items accurately, set fair prices, and ensure products are safe.
• Banned Items: You cannot list counterfeit goods, expired baby food or formula, recalled items, or anything else illegal under Singapore law.
• Payments: If you choose to pay using services like PayNow or PayLah!, you do so at your own risk. KopiMums does not manage these payments and cannot recover funds if a dispute happens outside our system.

• Parental Responsibility: Users list and organize their own playdates, group activities, or classes. KopiMums does not vet, host, or monitor these events. Parents and guardians must supervise their own children at all times during any meetups arranged through the app.
• Safety Warning: We run basic phone and email checks, but we do not conduct background checks on members. Always meet in open, public places for the first time and put your safety first.

You agree not to post, share, or send any messages that:

• Are abusive, threatening, or stir up racial or religious tension in Singapore.
• Violate anyone else's copyrights, trademarks, or personal privacy.
• Protecting Kids: Do not upload photos, share full names, or name the schools of other people's children without direct permission from their parents.

• Service Uptime: The app is provided on an "as-is" basis. We cannot guarantee it will never experience downtime or bugs.
• No Liability: KopiMums, its founders, and its team are not responsible for any financial losses, bad experiences, scams, property damage, or physical injuries resulting from items bought, services hired, or people met through the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account permanently, without warning, if you break these terms, scam other users, or threaten the safety of our community.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any legal disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of Singapore.
